Introduction:

Planet Fitness is the ability of a person to do his daily work with great efficiency and also manage the disease and stress with great strength. Planet fitness also includes the reduction in the sedentary behavior of a person. Planet Fitness does not mean to lift heavy weights and run fast rather it is only the single area of fitness and it does not include the overall fitness.

Components:

  1. Cardiovascular performance: cardiovascular performance indicates that how the body fuel is fulfilled during the exercise with the help of circulatory and respiratory system. Cycling, jogging, jumping and brisk walking are few activities that improve the cardiovascular performance of the body.

  1. Muscular strength: Muscular strength is the strength of muscle to lift the load of the body and other things. The muscular strength of the body increase by regular hard exercises. Anything that tires the body of a person definitely increases the strength of muscles.
  1. Muscle endurance: It is the ability of muscle to do a lot of work or exercise without being tired. It also increases with training the muscle by regular exercise.

 

  1. Body composition: The body composition means the ratio of bones, muscle, fats, water and other ions in the body. It can be increased by eating complete diet.
  2. Flexibility: Flexibility is the capacity of movement across a specific joint. It is different for different joints and depends upon the strength of ligaments and tendons.

  • Knee tucks: It is the exercise of shins, abdomen and calve muscle and is necessary for lifetime fitness.
  • Glute Bridge: Glute Bridge increases the strength of the muscles of the back and is very essential for lifetime fitness.
